REGULATORY PERMITTING & COMPLIANCE
Our staff has a thorough understanding of state and federal regulatory permits and processes and we strive to assist clients with the permitting process in an efficient manner by identifying potential biological constraints during the initial phases of the project and finding feasible solutions for both our clients and the agencies.
SES recognizes that environmental permitting can be complex and time consuming.  We determine the necessary permits required for a project, assemble the materials needed for permit applications, work with our clients to develop application packages that meet agency requirements, and manage the process through permit approval, project implementation, and compliance monitoring.
SES provided permitting assistance, biological surveys, and compliance monitoring for the installation of debris flow nets in three local creeks following the fatal debris flow that occurred in Montecito, CA January 9, 2018.
